**THE LIBRARY IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS**

We accept original advice pieces, personal essays, how-to’s, lifestyle articles, human interest pieces, city guides, information articles, and pop culture articles.*

At this time, poetry and fiction pieces are only accepted during our bi-yearly submission window for the issues.

*On specific dates, we will have guest poets published in The Library by special invitation.

Writers’ Guidelines:

The RRomp serves as a community-fueled showcase for artists, which means that at this time, we unfortunately cannot offer financial payment for writing due to lack of funding.

  • Check for errors and grammar before sending.

  • Articles should be approximately max 2,000 words and min 300 words.

  • Please format your writing with 12 point Times New Roman font. Attach your article to the email or insert text in the body of the email.

  • Include the title of your article.

  • Please include a short bio between one and four sentences with your pronouns.

  • Include social media handles and website links (if applicable).

  • Email your article to The RROMP Team here with the subject - WRITE FOR THE RROMP LIBRARY

  • We only accept original articles that have not been published in other publications.

  • Our editing team will review your piece and add light grammatical or structural edits needed. If heavy edits are needed, you might be asked to R&R (Revise and Resubmit)

  • If it is a long piece, we may only publish an excerpt.

  • We are a small team, the review process and our notification to you may take up to 6 weeks. Thank you for your patience and trusting us with your writing!
